ESPN: These 2 Teams Are Now Out Of The CFB Playoff Race

(Photo by Chris Graythen/Getty Images)ESPN has eliminated a couple of teams from College Football Playoff contention following the craziness that was Week 6.Two teams that entered the week ranked inside the top 10 now have a less than 1 percent chance to make the College Football Playoff.According to ESPN’s College Football Playoff predictor, Auburn had basically already been eliminated before Saturday. The Tigers’ chances were minimal before Week 6 and now they’re non-existent after the loss to Mississippi StateLSU, though, had a chance. The Tigers were undefeated heading into October and had a winnable game against Florida. They were looking like a legitimate SEC West contender.Not so much anymore.ESPN has eliminated them from the race. LSU’s chances to make the College Football Playoff are less than 1 percent, too.
